We’re seeking an experienced recruiter, with strong interest in the cryptocurrency & blockchain industry (Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, NFTs, web3, etc). Our team works with over 30 of the fastest growing and most innovative cryptocurrency companies on a daily basis, by helping them to find top talent, quickly and efficiently.

Proof of Talent is a remote-first company that values trust and autonomy among our team. We set goals and aim to achieve them, without the micromangement typically found at other recruiting firms.

This is a full-time, salaried position with aggressive commission plan, 100% company paid health benefits, 401k match and more. Base salary starts at $60,000 annually.

So what exactly are we looking for?

• +1 years of experience in recruiting, with preference for work at an agency
• Proven track record of exceeding recruiting metrics and placement goals
• Skill in guiding candidates through an interview process, from the first conversation to offer acceptance
• Strong interest in Bitcoin, Ethereum, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Focus on high-output and producing results for candidates
• Desire to help build a company from the ground up and grow with it

This is a remote position, although the preference is for someone based in the United States.
